Responsibilities of the Board

  • Lead and participate in strategic planning, development, and execution of Perchance Theatre’s mission
  • Provide oversight in financial management, risk minimization, and operational success
  • Ensure responsible use of funds and transparent reporting mechanisms
  • Support and empower the Artistic Director’s vision, and manage/oversee recruitment

 

Desired Skills

We are looking for individuals with expertise in strategic leadership, fundraising, accounting, and finance. Experience in governance, marketing, legal, and business operations are strong assets.
