Responsibilities of the Board

Lead and participate in strategic planning, development, and execution of Perchance Theatre’s mission
Provide oversight in financial management, risk minimization, and operational success
Ensure responsible use of funds and transparent reporting mechanisms
Support and empower the Artistic Director’s vision, and manage/oversee recruitment

Desired Skills

We are looking for individuals with expertise in strategic leadership, fundraising, accounting, and finance. Experience in governance, marketing, legal, and business operations are strong assets.
